When I open my Jira board it displays the below message but I am using the free plan, I am facing this problem again and again.

Hello If you are in free plan it will be active 14 days after that it will be suspended.
please connect with procurement team in your organization to renew the license.

Hello, Good day. I believe you could have used standard or premium trial version and the site is suspended after trial period (and non renewal). Please create a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ requesting to re-activate the site under free plan.
