Not able to change in progress, done etc status for my jira tickets.

Hi @sudhiksha_bhat 

Check with your admin the permissions scheme. Maybe your user doesn't have permissions to transition.

How are you trying to change the status?

Are you trying to change the status by clicking on the status button and selecting another status?

Or are you viewing a board and trying to drag a card from one column to another?

What happens when you try to change the status? 

It may be a permissions issue as @Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_ said. You could also be blocked by Conditions on the transition that limit what you can select. Or there may be required fields that are not filled out.

Do you get any sort of message?
