I'm seeing the same behavior. It looks like there's a `overflow-y: hidden;` css attribute being applied to `html > body` by batch.css, which causes all content that loads offpage to remain inaccessible.  Screenshot attached of my browser's dev tools.

This just started happening today for me.

I'm on Firefox 64.0.2, MacOS 10.14.2.

This seems to have resolved itself this morning, the offending `html > body` CSS is now superseded by the `.page-type-split` selector, as in the screenshot.

Additional classes are applied to the <body>, so perhaps this was a side-effect of a software update rollout?

Hi @Rashid M V,

Does it happens in all browsers?

Hello,

Could you give more details what do you mean that you can not scroll through tickets?

Rashid M V January 24, 2019

There is no scroll bar in the UI.image.png
