All the settings seem to be fine. Please help.
If you have Time Tracking field added to the screen and added a estimate time to the issue then here are two ways how you can log time on the tickets.
1. Just press the "+" next to the Time Tracking section and you will be able to log work
2. Click on More option on the ticket and you will find the log work option this is another way in which you can log work on the ticket.
Note: if you don't have these fields and you are an admin you can click the "Admin" button and select "Where's my field?" then choose "Time Tracking. That will show you all the places the Time Tracking fields need to be enabled in order to show it on the view.

Hi Scott,
Where do I find the "Where's my field" link? I looked all the Jira admin settings and could not find it.

Hi Pavan,
Welcome to the community!
Do you know if the project on which you're trying to log work was created using the Next-gen templates? I believe that the "Log time" feature hasn't been implemented on them yet.
Is that's not the case, I'd say that it's probably related to Jira or to project permission settings. Is this happening only in specific projects of your instance?
Cheers,
Matt

Hi Matt,
Thank you for the response. I just purchased a new instance of Jira and set up a project. I have set up an epic and created issues under that. I have enabled time tracking and also enabled "Work on Users" for admins. Not sure of any other setting.
