I am not able to see backlog of my board.

I have one project called Infrastructure and it has three boards:

• Net Ops
• Net Sys
• Network engineering

Users specific board to each board should be able to see a board. They should have specific board for each board.

Currently I am not able to see issues created for these boards in the backlog. But when I search for it; that opens up. Please advise.This is very urgent.

Could you provide the JQL behind the board filters? You may have your filter incorrect, depending on what your "key" is to differentiate the boards. Using this as an example:

project = INFRA and CustomFieldX = NetOps.

Using that JQL on your NetOps board will ingest whatever issues meet the criteria. If your Jira issues are missing the necessary criteria to get ingested - then it is likely the issues will not show. This is why you can see in the issue view all the issues listed for the project, but cannot see them on the board, at all.
