Not much details mentioned in the question, but assuming your test cases are regular JIRA issues, use the PDF View Plugin. This will work with any type of issues.

If the default output does not meet your exact requirements, it is generated from a highly customizable template. Customizable, all the content, the look and the data collection logic.

What format of PDF do you want? If you want a custom format you can use https://bitbucket.org/amarkelov/andreymarkelov-atlas-plugins-templator/wiki/Home (FREE) or XPorter (PAID).
