I am trying to select an Effector under Automation and I don't have a + symbol for the dropdown.

Hi I am trying to create a formula column to calculate epic's and write the values to Jira. I am following a step by step doc. on how to do this, but I am missing a + next to automation when I select. See below. Is this available on Jira Server?
