I am unable to add a border to the images in the issue description on Jira

Previously, I was able to add borders to images, but I just noticed that the option to set borders is now missing.

Additionally, for my previous issues where the description block contains images with borders, if I click to edit the description, the entire block appears blank. However, for issues without images with borders, I can edit the description normally.
