I am unable to go to the logon page as there is an error in connection. please help me out.

Hi Ebad, what's the error message? When is the last time you were able to connect (and did anything happen to JIRA in between, like an upgrade)? Have you tried to refresh the browser (that as worked for me in the past)?

Hi Carlos. Thanks for your reply. 

I have created an Atlassian account yesterday and I am currently on the trial period using JIRA. I was able to go to the login page yesterday. But, today i am getting an error message - '' THIS SITE CANT BE REACHED''
