I am unable to install 8.19.1 and it's throwing error

I am trying to install 8.19.1 version and it's throwing error as in below

Failed to start JIRA due to a build number inconsistency"

Please assist me to install the above version

Are you trying to downgrade your Jira? If yes, please see this comment.

Are you installing Jira from scratch or you are upgrading exiting or importing/restoring backup from cloud instance or sever instance?

Normally this error occur when you are restoring jira instance from another jira/cloud instance.
