I am unable to locate JIRA Issue layout

I have JIRA Admin access. however, I am unable to locate JIRA default issue layout.

Dear @Rajesh Sahoo,

This is done with the screen configuration. Have a look at this page.

I have the same issue. I went to Project Settings > Issue layout, but the only screen shown is the "Resolve screen".

EDIT: Sorry I didn't see that this was an "answer" and now I cant delete it.

you can 

  1. go to project settings 
  2. then go to issue layout to see how the issue screens will look for a bug story etc
