I'm an admin of a functioning (4 user) Jira Cloud Environment. We use the paid Standard Plan (Cloud version). For some reason I can't seem to install applications via the Atlassian Marketplace. Every app in the Marketplace Apps (Jira / Marketplace apps / Find new Apps) only has the "Request App" button, no install button or anything related to installing the application. If I request the app and I check the requests at "App requests", I can only reject the request.
I checked permissions, our billing details, etc. Everything seems to be correct. Latest invoice has been paid as well. I can remove previously installed apps as well on the Manage Apps page. It also doesn't work for Free apps.
So I got it working and I'm leaving this topic here in case someone else has the same issue. It's a cache related issue on my end. I logged-in on an Incognito tab and the correct button "Try it free" was shown. I had to click the button multiple times because it kept throwing an error. After 3-4 times it successfully installed the application.
