I can create branch manually from a Jira ticket but I can't use Jira Automation to create GH branch

Hi,
I use the free version of Jira Cloud. I am able to create Git Hub branches from the ticket, see below.
However, I can't use the Jira automation to create a Git Hub branch once a ticket is created because it can't find my Git Hub Organization... when it obviously can when creating a branch manually, see above...
