I can no longer re-rank new items

Hi all, I am my company JIRA software and after we complete issues we usually re-rank them to the top of column. Recently after HOSP-2190 issue was created I can no long re-rank items from that item on, all old items can be re-ranked.

Can someone help me, the error is:

Your issue can't be moved right now, try again later. if you still can't move the issue contact your JIRA administrator

I would strongly suggest you check with your Jira administrator and run an integrity check on the LexoRank as documented below to verify if there is any issue on the rank:
