This morning when I tried to view all worklogs of an issue, the button for 'All Worklogs' is no longer accessible for me (grey and red symbol when I hover).
I can still see my worklogs though.
I have verified the following:
- I am jira-administrator.
- The jira-administrator is linked to the Tempo Project Manager role, which is the default for every new project.
- the problem persist for EVERY project (service desk included)
Unless I'm missing something here, I should be able to see and do just about anything.
I have used the permission helper (my user, a certain issue that has the problem and the 'view all worklogs' permissions) and according to the permission helper all is fine: I have the permission and no other groups/roles override this.
Has anyone had this problem before or has an idea where I should look next?
I would be very grateful, since end of the month is coming and an export of all worklogs is required in the beginning of June.
Hi Lobke,
Some team permission changes were released during the weekend for the Cloud version and more information can be found on https://support.tempo.io/hc/en-us/articles/360001317747-New-permissions-to-manage-data.
The worklogs panel in the issue view shows the "All Worklogs" button when you have the permission to view worklogs of other users. In case the selected period includes only worklogs made by yourself, the button is greyed out.

Thank you very much, becasue this was indeed the 'problem'.
Let me just say this is extremely annoying, since there more than a few issues on which only I worked for a period of time and others for other periodes. Navigating through the months is very ineffecient this way: every time I navigate to a month only I worked on the issue, the button jumps to 'my worklogs' and when I click to the next month (with other people's worklogs), I need to click all worklogs again for myself.
Not an improvement if you ask me ...
Nevertheless, I know now what the problem is and for that I am gratefull :)

Hi @Lobke Mertens,
Do you ever check the global access configuration?

Hi @Ollie,
Thanks for your reply.
No, I did not, I had no idea it existed. Our JIRA administrator no longer works here and I am just building up the knowledge. normally google is a great help, but not this time.
Could you please point me in the right direction as to where in this global settings I should be looking?
