I can not configure the fields when creating an Epic in New Experience View

The Show fields button is disabled.

In the Old experience view, there was a button to configure fields. If I roll back to the Old experience view the Configure fields button exists and I can add them to the create Epic form: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1dfbwm0fo0sv8re/img-2022-02-10-08-47-36.png?dl=0 

Please help to solve the issue.

Hi @Andrei Cravciuc ,

The Show field button is the cloud (new view) equivalent of configure fields button. The Show field button gets disabled only when all fields corresponding to the issue type are mandatory/required. On my cloud site i am able to use the show field button. Does this occur only with a specific issue type or globally? Did you try clearing browser cache?

I would suggest you to raise a support ticket with Atlassian.
