I can't access the projects

Hi,

My Admin has granted me permissions for the projects, but I still can't see them. Could you help me understand what might be going wrong?

Hi @Nagabushanam Kadali 

I'd recommend bringing your Admin some snacks and show them what happens when you try to access the projects.  It's likely they forgot to add you to a group or something simple.

I prefer cookies or doughnuts for Admin work.

Hello @Nagabushanam Kadali 

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Here are some things you can suggest that your admin review:

Have you been added to a Role in the project that has permission to see the project?

Have you been added to a user group that has permission to see the project?

Have you been granted the appropriate Product license?

What type of project is it? Granting access for Software and Business projects is a bit different than for Service Management projects.

To provide more specific guidance we would need to ask questions only your admins can answer.

  It is a Software and Business project, not a Service Management Project.
Thank you for guiding me with some questions to ask the admin.
