I can't find where the required field is set

When the user tried to create a sub-task, it shows XXX field is required. But it's not on the screen. I checked field configuration and workflow create transition validator, there's no setting for the required field. Is there any other way to set fields required that I don't know?

No problem now. It was in field configuration.
