the cards come up if I search but why cant I see the cards?

also, how do I rank issues?

Also, I can't get confluence to be able to see my issues eitehr

Do you have the 'Fix Version' field associate to the screen in JIRA? Also, please check that the 'Fix Version' field is not hidden via Fields Configuration in JIRA.
