I've tried multiple browsers, multiple networks, clearing cache and cookies, making new accounts, and every time I try to log in to the Atlassian Developer Community page, I get stuck on a blank white page, with a title of "Authorize app" and a long URL such as

It's not just you. I've been having this problem since yesterday. After authentication, it's just a blank page (various browsers).
Nope. The Developer Community is just fine. You're probably just using the wrong URL to it.
