Hello everyone! Today a problem in the Team field started to happen in my Jira Cloud. We use the Team field with the shared teams as usual but for now when I change the Team field it doesn't save the change. The field refresh itself, clean my selection and does not persist the changes. No updates occur in the issue's history. We made no changes to shared teams or projects. In all other projects the field is working perfectly except for this project "CHAMADO", which has integration with Zendesk to receive customer demands and has the SLA plugin activated. Anybody can help me? PS: The change by Bulk Edit in Advanced Search it's works perfectly.

So guys I figured out what the problem is. Sounds kind of stupid, but I leave the answer for future members who experience something similar: someone removed the Team field from the edit screen (https://yourcompany.atlassian.net/jira/settings/issues/screens) for this project. And, as we know, if a field is not configured on edit screen it cannot be changed (even if it is seen on the default view screen).
