I can't see substask on scrum boards

Hi everyone!

I am not able to see the subtask on one of the scrum boards that I am using.

I created a task (CRW-194), then I logged some activity and I create some few more subtasks, I don't why I just see the principal task but no subtask and I need to estimate. 

I'm the scrum master with an administrator user.

Could you hepl me?

This can have many reasons:

1. The board filter explicitly excludes subtasks
2. The status of subtasks is not mapped to a column
3. there is a quick filter active that excludes sub tasks

Hi Sebastian

I don't think that is the reason.

1. As shown at the first print, ther is another task with subtask on the same Board.
2. There are differents status that are mapped 
3. There is not a quick filter selected
