My colleague is clearly in Jira as her board is all full but I can't find her when I try to re-assign a ticket. Is this a bug? Where can we fix this?
Check the below things
does the user has Assignable User permission for the project in which the ticket exists
do you have Assign Issue issue permission
does the user has Global Permission "Browse users & groups"
Hi - could be you (or one of the groups you're in) doesn't have permission to Browse Users and Groups.
