I cannot create a work

It keeps giving me an error when I add a transition to a workflow 
I tried to create new workflows or transition

Hi @Ghulam Sarwar, and welcome to the Atlassian community!

Did you click the link in the error message and read through the documentation? If not, please do so. :) There a certain limitations when working on active workflows. It's a bit cumbersome, but you should create a copy, make your changes, and then switch the workflows in the scheme.
