I cannot edit worklogs any more. I can edit my own, but not others.

I an an On Demand user running Tempo. I used to be able to edit worklogs specifically worklog attributes) for other users. I cannot edit other users anymore. I have permissions set in JIRA to allow me to edit other's worklogs, but it's still not working. I can edit my own. Any ideas?

Please verify that you have Approve Timesheets permission in Tempo team(s) and the users you want to edit are members in the same team(s)
