I cannot see Create Component button anymore

I have administrator role in my project and I was able to create components a few weeks ago. When I entered the components page today I was not able to see Create component button anymore.

I still have the admin right , I am able to edit and delete the components I created before but Create component button is gone.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Please let me know what to do.

There may be a Jira incident of sorts (although not present in https://status.atlassian.com/). I've seen other people in the Community report the same, as well as myself and others in my org are experiencing this too.
