Under Issues, I click 'View all issues and filters" , I then select the sprint under the More, I select the sprint I would like to see and the tickets under a particular Assignee. Their tickets do not display but when I manually go into the ticket - it says that it is under that particular sprint. Why can't I see it in Issues?

Can you please send screenshots of what you are clicking/selecting in the steps above? I'm having a little trouble following along.
