I cannot update the values in JIRA using the "Integrate Jira Cloud with MS Excel" add-in.

I started using the app in Excel. The JIRA server version allows updating and creating issues.

Does the app version for Cloud support updating the items in JIRA?

The "Integrate Jira Cloud with MS Excel" add-in connects Jira Cloud with Excel for data import/export but doesn’t fully support all features, especially updating or creating issues.

• Permissions: Ensure the user account has permissions to edit or update Jira issues.
• App Limitations: The Jira Cloud version may only support data retrieval and not direct updates from Excel.
