I cant add "Filter Results" gadget on my dashboard

Hi,

I can't find "Filter Results" gadget when I want to add my dashboard. That option is not avaliable. Also my old gadgets are broken too like screenshoot.

How can I solve this problem? Is there any solution?

I hope you are doing well!!

From you screenshot i think you're facing an issue similar mentioned in below document due to miss SSL configuration.

Once you have proper setup gadget will start appearing.

The top layer of the problem is that Jira can't contact itself on its base url.

It's likely to be the SSL, but there can be other reasons (firewalls or poor server network setup).

As Gadget reflect the error: license problem or application error, I will request you to reach out to the Jira Admin of your site they will help you for the same.
