I created a new API token, but when I try and access it it gives me a 400 error.

How can I check that when I create the API its working

@Wayne Arendse

When you create an API token you can only see it once and then you cannot see it. so when creating, you must copy and annotate the token in an external location.

If the token is still listed under your user, it is valid. You can even use the same API token for more than one API.

So if you didn't delete the token, your API should be working normally.

If you believe your API is not working, please review its payload and ensure that the user where the associated token was created is still active in the Jira environment
