I have two select type custom fields and its values are combined numbers and letters.
Example values:
Risk Probability (select type custom field)
1 VERY LOW
2 LOW
3 MEDIUM
4 HIGH
5 VERY HIGH
6 EXTREME
Risk Probability (select type custom field)
1 VERY LOW
2 LOW
3 MEDIUM
4 HIGH
5 VERY HIGH
6 CRITICAL
Here's how calculation should be done.
Impact(Exposure) = left([RISK IMPACT],1) * left([RISK PROBABILITY),1)
or in simpler writing,
Impact = Risk Impact * Risk Probability
Thanks in advance!

@Paolo Cruz Risk Register is a great add-on for doing Risk Management. I also suggest looking at it.
