I didn't receive the test mail from Jira, but it sent successfully

Hi,

I configured outgoing mail successfully on Jira to be able receive mail notifications, as shown below.

 

When I click - send test email, it told me it is sent successfully, as shown in the screenshot below. But I didn't receive the email in SPAM or JUNK or INBOX.

Our mail server is hosted on office 365.

Jira is hosted on Linux Physical server.

Email is a game of pass-the-parcel. The message indicates JIRA handed the parcel on successfully. Any failure to ultimately deliver is 'upstream'.

You'll need to contact your email provider. Clicking the 'SMTP logging' checkbox will provide more details to give them.
