My email address has changed due to the domain change, but my jira account remains in the old domain and I do not have access to my old email account. I want to log in to the old account, but I cannot access the 8-digit code. What should I do?

I have the same issue but couldn’t solve it. My original account had an email attached that I can no longer access. I know my password but can’t access the codes that are sent to me any longer.
it didn’t work to contact the support so far - despite a lot of search I couldn’t find it!
can someone help me to get access again?
