I do not see the if / else block

I am trying yo add a condition but I do not see if / else block as an option. I have cloud based JIRA

I'm assuming you are talking about Conditions on workflow transitions.

Before setting up a condition, there are no if / else operators:

After adding a couple of conditions, you can define weather one of them or all of them have to be fulfilled.

Also you can sort them in branches:

But you won't find any "if" "then" "else" operators here. If the conditions are met, the transition button is visible. If they are not true, the button is not shown and the transition is not possible.

Tip: Take a look at Automations. With them, you can create real cool things and you will have much more condition possibilities :)
