I don't find the menu to import a backlog csv file..

I have do it before

but now I cannot find import to backlog..

Hi @Michele Iurillo 

Welcome to the community,can you check the global permissions whether you are having  Make bulk changes permission

If you are having the permission then  you can see import issues from csv option.

Hi @Michele Iurillo , welcome to the Community!

The ability to import CSV files is found within the Administrator settings. From the cog in the top right, click "System". Here, you'll want to scroll down to the "External System Import" option.

To import CSV items to an existing project, you need to use the old experience. There should be a large blue box at the top of this page indicating as such.

Once you get here, you should be able to import CSV files as needed. I recommend testing your import on a sandbox environment if available, to ensure things are configured correctly.
