I don't see any 'Keyboard Shortcuts' - option in the result dropdown menu, when I click on the arrow right to my username in the top-right corner of JIRA. What did I do wrong?

I started my first white-belt-ninja-challenge for JIRA onDemand but failed with the very first task ;( The only options I see in my dropdown menu are: [Update Status], [Personal Space],[Profile] and [Log Out]

Since you are on JIRA OnDemand, the interface is slightly different from the JIRA standalone edition. The ninja challenge was created base on JIRA standalone edition, however, most of the steps are still relevant for JIRA OnDemand.

As a substitute, to bring up the keyboard shortcuts dialog, you can press the question mark "?" on your keyboard.
