Hi @abhijith Ullas

It appears that the site of voldumar.atlassian.net has been deactivated due to missing payment details.  I'd recommend that you navigate to https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/

Choose the option of "Your Account" and then "Reactivate Subscription".  You can then enter in the URL there.  This should allow you as the site-admin to create a ticket with our customer advocate team.  A member of that support team can reactivate your site, and help with any billing concerns.

Cheers,

Andy

Hi @abhijith Ullas , do you mean ".net" here. Atlassian' cloud instances are ".net" not ".com". Assuming that was just a miss type and you are not able to access your instance could you tell me the last time that you were able to do so? Is this possibly some free instance that has been sitting idle for a long period of time? Atlassian does recover Instances that sit idle after an extended period.
