I had an account in Jira, I closed it and now the name I used is no longer available. ¿How can I get it back?

I had a paid account in Jira and a month ago I closed it. The project reopened and I want to open an account under the same name but when I try to register it i get a message saying it's taken. I doubt someone else is using it, so is it possible that my account is still saved somehow? Can I get it back?
