I have 2 different .atlassian.net with same emails but I can only get 1 notification via slack APP

example2.atlassian.net/browse

Use same email address to use it but when I use Slack JIRA app try to get notification for the task, I can only link to "example2.atlassian.net/browse". 

Question can I get notification from "example1.atlassian.net/servicedesk" ? 
How can I use it.

Currently I can only use email to get notifications

Is your access to example2 limited to that of a Service Desk customer? Do you have access to only a customer portal interface when you access that instance?

So far I have not found information about enabling customer notifications in Slack.

This is not an area where I am an expert. There may be a way that I have not found.

You may want to post your question in the Jira Service Management Questions forum to get advice from people focused on that functionality. Be sure to say that you are wanting to get Customer notifications in Slack and you are only have customer access to that Jira instance.
