I have 2 teams and want to allocate assignees to the teams

so - there are 2 teams already created on the scrum 

they have a couple of people assigned to them, but I can't understand the logic.. 

assignee in (60cb0c33758a5d006a04774f, 6385e821213a315af34934e1). how do I edit and also undetand what the codes are so I can add others?

I am a little unclear with team do you mean team in advanced roadmap if yes you can add and remove the member of the team please consider referring the document :https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/create-and-add-teams-in-advanced-roadmaps/

If you are referring to something else Ppease let me know.
