I am starting out at my company as a QA Person. I need to write Test Cases in Atlassian Jira Software. But the way Atlassian Jira 8.1.0 is set up there is no option for entering Test Cases. Please let me know what options I have. 

is there default option from Atlassian Jira 8.1.0. that can be configured?

or 

Is there a App that can be downloaded? How can the app be configured?

Any Help will be much appreciated.

Unfortunately, you will have to get a Test Case Management plugin.  There are a lot in the marketplace.  I will post an article on the most popular ones, but feel free look around the marketplace.
