I have a user that can't access a project he created himself!

Hi, we have a user who was able to create a classic project but not able to access it after the project is being created. I helped him to create a Kanban project and signed over Project lead role onto him and same problem persists. I have upgraded him to administrator and still the same problem.

The main difference I have noticed between his profile and others are the profile picture that we use internally seemed to be carried over to JIRA but not for him. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Hey Jimmy,

check the Permission Scheme the project is using and whether he is a member of any of the roles listed there under "Browse Projects". Alternatively, you can use "Permission helper" from Admin -> System to see the reason he is unable to see the project.
