I developed an excel sheet that defines tasks and rules associated with the tasks. Also there is an event handling feature(an event is something that happens but cannot be added as a task e.g. if forced relocation and some tasks are place dependent then their priorities should be boosted to be be done asap before the relocation). I want to share my idea and explain the demo using my excel sheet to your team. How can i do so?
Your best shot is to record a Loom or a Youtube video and share it in the community. If it get's enough views and likes, it might get the attention of Atlassian's product team.
Another option is to create a feature request on jira.atlassian.com or use the feedback functionality like others suggested.
What I will say is that you might need to explain the use-case better and provide a concrete example. I'm still struggling to understand what you are describing.
I am trying to think of a way to do a video on the excel sheet and relate it to jira. My idea in short. lets say we have 3 tasks in jira with different severities, priorities and duration. When you want to consider which task to start with you do manual filters on the tasks with the specified criteria. My idea is to be able to write generic rules for the tasks(for eg. give weights to fields like severity and priority, another rule might say start with tasks with shorter duration etc..) The automatic rank uses these rules and weights to provide the user with a ranking(suggestion) on top tasks to start or focus on.

Hello @Mohammad Dawi
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Is this related to the Jira product by Atlassian in some manner? If so, how?
What do you hope to accomplish with that demonstration? Are you trying to sell a product? Are you trying to submit a change request for the Jira product itself?

No, there is only the one response from you appearing on your post.

my idea is to add some rules for the fields of the task in jira. such that you can for example do a weighted sum priority for tasks to rank them while they are in progress or ready to be started. this helps the scrum master track which tasks need to get focus. this is adaptive procedure. i have another idea regarding sudden changes or interrupts to the sprint plan.

You said you want to demonstrate your idea.
To whom do you want to provide that demo? Atlassian product managers? Other users of Jira?
And what are you trying to accomplish with the demonstration you want to do?
Are you wanting to suggest Atlassian make a product change?
Are you trying to build your own app that you can make available in the Atlassian Marketplace?
Are you trying wanting to share the idea for free use by other users of the Jira product?
If you are trying to reach other Jira users, you might want to explore Atlassian Community Events and connect with the Community group in your geographic region or participate in virtual events that are not region-specific.

i want to demo my idea to jira product managers. if they like it maybe then they might put a plan to implement it in their product.
