I have been added to a team but i cannot see the sprint

I have been added to a team and cannot see the sprint, additionally the owner of the team is not able to assign any tasks to me as well..

 

any idea on what could be the issue here?

Hi Jeet!

I believe the permission scheme has to be configured.

Ask the project admin to go to the project settings, from there head to permissions, that will open the permission scheme. Inside there is a Browse Projects and Manage Sprints options. Depends how you want it configured, best approach is to create a group from the site administration and attach the group permission, rather than having to give individual users the permissions.

Also in the Issue Permissions, make sure the Assignable user, Assign Issues and so on are all given to the user.
