I have installed your plugin and created a simple project with 2 epics and 2 issues per epic but the system is not displaying the project correctly

As Robert said, including some more details in your question would help you in achieving the proper answer. One thing you can do in order to try fixing your display issues is to uninstall the plugin and then install it again.
In case it doesn't work, make sure of update your question including the plugin name and screenshot from the issued screen.
