After following what @Ismael Jimoh said in the first paragraph about reading the errors and fixes, I would then try to work out what is causing all this data to get damaged, so I can stop it happening again

There are several ways to get the errors you are seeing in this volume:

  • Most likely - someone has written to the database with SQL
  • You have an app or customisation that allows you to write bad code that corrupts the data
  • A database failure has corrupted things
  • You have run a partial upgrade and then carried on with a broken database
  • You have an app with bugs in it
  • Least likely - bugs in Jira

Hi @Christian Kendi ,

First, I would open each of the links and see if you are experiencing the problems stated in the links and follow the steps there to resolve them.

When you cannot solve them, note these down and raise a ticket here with the atlassian support.

Fill the information related to the error you see and share with them.

Cheers.
