I have my Jira Backup, but when I try to import it again in my workspace.
It keeps failing.
Seems like you are running into an internal error. I would recommend contacting Atlassian support on this issue.
BTW - What is the size of the zip file that is getting generated including attachments ? and how was the backup file generated?
I am glad you backup your data, I am curious as to how often you run the backup operation
Thank you
Vish
size of the zip is just 3.5 MB, there is no images attachement anything.

Thanks for sharing @Madhav Anadkat
Assuming you used the "Backup Manager" UI to create the backup.
The data set size is really small, you may want to try again to do an import, alternatively contact Atlassian support if it is still failing based on the trace it seems like an internal error.

Hi @Madhav Anadkat ,
It looks like you've got 400 Bad Request error. It may be the issue with the format or the content of the data you're trying to import. Try to varify your backup plan, check compatibility or file permissions.
Backup is an important part of development process, so it's always nice to know that everything works smoothly. I work for GitProtect.io, a backup and DR backup solution for Jira Software, JSM, JWM, which provides automated backups and easy recovery options.
You can try and teast our solution (free trial or free account up to 10 users) on Marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1228719/gitprotect-io-backups-for-jira-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
Hope it will help you,
