Hi,

I have got this email titled "Your organization has been deleted due to inactivity"

Looks like a lot of people are receiving this due to ongoing cleanup. We have some legacy project data that is not actively accessed (yet important).  This is on free tier, so I am not able to raise a support request.

Org id is b5k8b89d-1jc6-1b1b-6698-89bacja284a3

Site is sevya-app1.

Can you please guide with restoration instructions?

Hello @Donepudi Narasayya 

 

If you need to restore an organization, contact Atlassian support within 15 days of deleting it.

Restore is only to the state of the organization when it was deleted. This means that removed domains or apps, or any other changes made before deleting the organization, cannot be restored.

@Donepudi Narasayya Adding to this, you should be able to create a billing ticket for your site with the SEN or Entitlement number (which should be mentioned in the mail you received): https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/

Hi @Donepudi Narasayya 

I created a support case on your behalf in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1146759

Just to clarify, restoring this inactive org won't restore the Atlassian Cloud site that was once under it.  This is just for the inactive org itself.  That said, if you still want to restore it, we can process that request in the support ticket linked above.

Hello @Donepudi Narasayya and welcome to the Community,

this email would have only been sent to any Organization Admins and not without prior notice. Atlassian notifies you of inactivity first, then reminds you and gives you a grace period before first canceling subscriptions and finally actually deleting anything. 

We are a public forum and cannot access any Orgs nor sites. Can you still find your Organization under admin.atlassian.com? If not, from the email, i would assume the Org and all its data is deleted with no way of restoring it.
