I have reset the oracle Db password and i have updated the password on dbconfig file.

I have reset the oracle Db password and i have updated the password on dbconfig file but getting attached error. Can you please help me on this. this is happening for jira version 6.1.5.

Are you sure, that you wrote your pass well in dbconfig? 
What error log you get after restart Jira?
