I have some doubts regarding workflow To Do Status

Hi Team,

Is it possible to to change default To Do status to Open for one project on Jira Cloud?

If I change to Open it is affecting other projects. Please give me a feasible solution for this?

Hi @Sattar Baig, yes, it's possible.

Here are some steps

• Check if workflow is being used by other projects (You will need a new workflow if this one is shared, you can just copy it)
•  Edit the new "Draft/Inactive" workflow, remove the status "To Do" add the status "Open"
• Create or associate to all required schemes and associate with the project
• You likely will have to migrate existing issues using the status that was changed.
